    1. Reach out to large recognized companies
    2. Connect with relevant recruiters
    3. Source & connect with senior stakeholders
    4. Understand the full spectrum of the company's hiring demand
    5. Plan and meet targets in terms of client & position acquisition
    6. Participate and contribute to high impact projects from time to time beyond the above mentioned KRAs
